This guide explains the main things residents should understand before choosing, changing or cancelling a Kuwait mobile connection.

Kuwait has several mobile service choices. The major mobile network operators include Zain, Ooredoo and stc, while other licensed services may also be available in the market.

In August 2026, Kuwait's Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority announced the My Numbers service through the Sahel government application.

The service allows citizens and residents to view mobile numbers and telecommunications services registered under their names with different telecommunications companies.
